A.M.S. is a nationwide, court-approved Bluetooth breathalyzer program used by county, federal pre-trial, and probation officers. We built the mobile app and the automation that runs the business behind it.

The brief
A.M.S. clients are monitored by courts and probation officers, so the app has to be reliable, auditable, and simple. Behind it, the business ran on manual steps: texting PDF links for leases, creating profiles by hand, taking cash payments, and setting up recurring billing one client at a time.
What we built
- iOS + Android app paired with a Bluetooth breathalyzer for scheduled tests
- FlutterFlow admin panel for staff to enroll and manage clients
- Automated enrollment: creating a user sends a secure, signed link by email
- Hosted onboarding page: review and e-sign the lease in the browser, with the signature embedded in the PDF and a full audit trail
- One Stripe payment for first month and activation, then an automatic recurring subscription
- Scheduled jobs for testing, noncompliance tracking, payment reminders, late fees, lockouts, and reinstatement
- Stripe ↔ Firebase reconciliation tooling to keep billing and user records in sync
Outcome
The manual onboarding workflow — PDF links, hand-built profiles, cash, and one-off billing setup — is now fully automated, and the app is live on the App Store and Google Play.
