The brief
A referral app only works if every invite is attributed correctly and every new user lands in the right follow-up flow. The founders needed both — without a marketing team babysitting spreadsheets.

- Queue-and-batch sync of every user into Brevo, with retries and exponential back-off
- Scheduled Twilio SMS campaigns to users with a US phone number
- Automated Firestore backups and data-hygiene jobs
- Attribution and platform reports (iOS vs Android, conversion trends)
