The brief
Authenti's founders wanted the opposite of a swipe app: fewer, better introductions between real, verified people. That meant trust and safety had to be built into the product from the first screen, not bolted on later.
What we built
- One React + TypeScript codebase shipped to iOS and Android with Capacitor, plus the web
- Supabase backend: auth, Postgres, storage, and edge functions
- AI photo moderation with manual admin override
- Video verification, facial recognition, document-type detection, and fraud detection
- Gradual-reveal profile experience and real-time messaging
- Stripe payments, admin dashboard, and the marketing site with events and blog
